Seamus--full, yes. Complete, no. Both Ulcerative colitis & Crohn's are chronic diseases, I know, I have UC. They are both treatable, but not curable. Besides the medicine, a good attitude in necessary in working toward remission. It can be tough, since the meds are well-known for causing mood swings. Good music, good thoughts, and good friends will help you immensely. I'm in the grips of a particularly bad flare-up right now, but I'm drowning myself in good music for the Thanksgiving break...so much new stuff to love...and so much new stuff to learn to play!
