I do not know yet when the appeal will be filed; first I have to gather a few boxes of medical records and the referring doc will order those for us next week. Ashley will go thru all this and then actually create the appeal on our behalf-- thus providing us a kollidge lesson in insurance industry priorities!

I fully expect the insurance company to turn around and sue the surgeon to recover expenses they have paid out on my behalf. Some people have opined that I should consider suing him, but as long as I continue to gain strength and avoid further complications, we will not even need to go there. I just want to be WELL and get on with my life. I am quite sure that he will reap what he has sowed, all by himself.
