Indoors, I hope!

Why, it gets so cold in those places that words spoken out of doors freeze solid and fall to the ground. Come warm weather (or a chinook) it gets to noisy you can't hear yourself think. Sometimes the winds brings the words down this way and frankly, we've got plenty of verbiage here to keep us for centuries to come.
