The Brigade got it's name from the history of The Devil's Brigade as it is made up of Florida Manatees and Bay of Fundy Porpoises, separately deadly but, in concert, well, frightening. Trained by the Seals and the SAS, they are Her Majesty's secret weapon and she and the Dutch (I told ya) have close ties. It's the Dutch who are the brokers in this Manatee Affair.
