I think I would like some blackened fish..also a praline. I would like to be driven around by a local to see the architecture, the dikes that failed, Lake Ponchetrain, the rebuilding efforts. Perhaps there is a boat tour...hear a bit of Dixieland music...see some of the old weeping trees...
