And here is the Irish version, a reasonable approximation of Irish cream:

10 oz whiskey (Bushmill's is best)
1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cream
3 eggs
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring

dump it all in a blender and puree until smooth. Then go out and buy larger clothes, 'cause you will need them after a few bottles of this stuff.
