Hil has a different diagnosis. She has Lupus, Sjogrens and RA. Either or both the Lupus and Sjogrens could cause the problems she was having with liver and spleen. Both of which seem to be getting a bit better. She is suffering a lot of bone and joint pain which could be due to any or all three of above or by vitamin D deficiency or bone loss incurred during her high dose steroid course when doc was trying to get her spleen to calm down.

She has lost 25 pounds since November and is happy about that.
