Since I know so little about it, would someone indulge me on 'Dublin's fair city'. In Cockles and Mussels it says the same thing. Dublin is a city, right? So why...? Or is Dublin a county also and it's talking about some other town?

I've learned not to mind letting my ignorance show- I just don't like the ignorance!
