I broadened the fitness/exercise component this morning just as a reminder that the reason for the exercise is to promote good health.

The declutter aspect of this month so far is to lighten my pocketbook. The truck is in the shop for a couple of regular (oil change) or mileage-related service (rear differential). This the day after I had two dogs to the vet - one for an annual heartwork test and checkup, the other to trim a nail that he split up the middle and exposed a bit of the nailbed. Got his heartworm test at the same time to save a trip later.

This all puts more emphasis on the eBay room - time to sell that stuff and build up the paypal account.
