:) Thanks for the support you guys!! :) It sure did feel great! My shoulders are achy today...too much downward facing dog I think. Or maybe the held plank pose for a few more deep breaths than I should have. Can't wait to do it again! I even brought my mat home (which I normally never did since it's a Manduka mat....a serious yoga mat (not the normal lightweight mat) that I splurged on once I knew yoga was for me. It's a bit longer and heavier. Anyway, I brought it home to do some yoga after the little one goes to bed. :)

Today involved lots of walking and lifting of Jeremiah..in and out of the car, in and out of carts....he's a solid 35ish pounds....doesn't sound like much until you do it frequently in one day!

I went to Aldis today (do they have those across the US? They are a chain here) which is a super cheap place for food. Today the prices on produce were really great! For under $25.00 I got 2 boxes of strawberries ($1.29 each), 2 boxes of grape tomatoes (.79 each), 2 boxes of mushrooms ($1.89 each), 2 3-packs of zuchinni ($1.79 per pack), a 3-pack of tri colored peppers for $1.99, a 3 pack of peppers for $1.79, 8 pounds of Sunkist seedless oranges for $3.00, a pack of 97% lean ground turkey for $2.99 and a pound of 95% lean hamburger for I think...$3.99. I was really very happy with what I got. I think I've forgotten something but can't think of it for the moment.

Also, today, at the Salvation Army is family day. I got Jeremiah Osh Kosh corduroys, a sweater (Children's Place), a fleece jacket, 2 long sleeved shirts, a mess of children's books (at .29 each), a book for me and a dark blue glass that I will use as a vase for under $12.00. Also....I went to a local consignment shop where I have built up some credit from taking in baby clothes over the last 2 years and got 4 summer outfits and 2 sets of swimming trunks that cost me nothing (would have been about $33.00 if I had paid for it). YAY ME!!! And bonus? Pete gave me cash this morning and told me to pick up some scallops for dinner....a HUGE treat for us!

I love to shop when I can be smart about it!
