M y mind is involved in conflict today. The Raccoon Network ad another thread of supporting one person while name-calling and sheer viciousness about another. So I posted this morning that I am tired of this type of behaviour. Two people pmed me and then my internet left. Sure enough, when it came back, one had posted on the RN that I "wouldn't respond"! The other is one of those who keep me there. In the meantime, I went to see who they were calling names and I LIKE HIM! He is not on the Network, would not be allowed on by those who consider him a woman hating .... He is a sweet, gentle, kind animal rehabber who is blunt and down to earth - like me. "I knew we would get along when you said I looked like a redneck bozo". He realized the intent...

This feels like a decluttering issue because It would take the clutter of a great deal of nonsense out of my life. But at least 3 of the group have pmed me that they agree and can we make changes! That feels good, but mainly I feel run over by a truck.

But, when the internet went off, in my frustration, I remembered a friend's status from yesterday and vacuumed the house, took off the bed sheets and found the clean ones - but left it to air, and did some useful straightening. Now I need to get off here and go open the kiln and see what the glaze firing hath wrought.

My magic black bean soup is - cook some beans til soft, add an appropriate amount of salsa and serve! If I want a dip, blender. And the last time, I added a can of corn niblets. Nice addition!

Someone mentioned carpal tunnel and massage. Terrific! My fav chiropractor told me that "carpal tunnel" is usually in the shoulders and people get operated on and nothing changes. I wish he were still alive and working. He would surely be able to fix this shoulder of mine. That chiropractor I was going to call? I did and got a message in French so I have to wait until R can phone, when we are in the city. I have been potting in the country all week, trying to get ready for the indoor farmer's market tomorrow.
