Schützenfest = marksmen's festival, a tradition in many German-speaking areas, and sure enough, still going, in Lippstadt (never heard of before, but a safe bet!) and elsewhere.

The song ("Take me with you, Captain, on the voyage!") is also easy to google, from a film "Käptn Bay-Bay", 1952, there sung by Hans Albers. The composer was Norbert Schultze, earstwhile famous for "Lili Marleen".
