Ladies - may I join you for a post? Do you mind...?

While emptying out the dishwasher the other day, I thought to myself, "Why am I putting these dishes in this pile - and these dishes in that pile - and this cutlery here - and that cutlery there...?

All stuff we've had for 46 years of marriage. So, after a chat, we decided to get rid of loads of old crockery and cutlery, and buy brand new stuff. Nice stainless steel knives, forks, spoons, etc., and some really nice Royal Worcester bone china dinner plates, side plates and cereal bowls. Some of the old stuff will go to my son and DIL, and a lot will go to charity shops.

Slimming down, making a clean sweep - now that's what I call a declutter! :-)
