Getting ready to de-bark for the country took time, included clearing the morning emails, attending to yesterday's pots - well wrapped so they do not dry before I get back to trim them, triaging food and getting it in the car along with clean clothes and boots. Able to wear shoes in the city right now AND the SUN was shining - most of the way. Even remembered to stop for milk.

Determined en route that a de-tox bath was needed more than potting. Good thing as I had left the heat down. so it was too cool to work in the studio. Spent a couple hours getting cabin ready for airbnb guests arriving tomorrow noon. Then bath, then lunch, then recuperation time - emails and reading. Now time to go to cafe. Wood stove not too good about getting a fire going. Suspect chimney needs cleaning but it is finally going.

The Bombadils were terrific last night. So glad R could manage to attend.
