"How To Lucid Dream In One Night"

This blog entry:
"Jun 25, 2010 – At one point, you may have noticed signs that you were dreaming. ... If you don't experience a lucid dream in one night, don't give up. You don't ..."etc

Well I speed read through their web-advice about controlling visualization, and their buzz words about time-stamping and gridding all that pseudo-science crap.
So last night when I pretended to sleep in order to lure the
Then i just realized that I am walking through the dark north-northwest corridor of my old high school at the chem final , which was being taught in immersion Late Renaissance French. The whole class is wearing enclosed chem suits suits and enclosed respirators I am in limp white underwear and Mrs. Breamer is speaking at me in from behind her bubble dome helmet. I don't even know regular French I didn't like the way this dream was going, so I told everybody that I clothes had the new element I'd just discovered on it and their were too dangerous to continue wearing and I put a spare suit, of my own design as the glowing from under the flag made me know I'd done the right thing in the courtyard cover my glowing clothes with an American flag wrapped around a lead safe and then
and then Mrs. Breamer asks me to please marry her right away which leads to some sweaty fumbling in her car in the teacher's parking lot. then I woke up.

So my dream ended up in pretty much the same as it always does.and nothing changed at all because my dreams are awesome>

So should I be bitter about the them admitting that they can't teach me to have a lucid dream in one day in spite of their claim?

Please share your recurring dream and how you would change it
