Hmm. Well, the dream of my long-ago youth was someone very closely resembling either Joan Baez or Buffy Sainte-Marie, and with basically the same ideals and general approach to life as those 2 ladies, and hopefully who also sang and played music and wrote songs.

Never found her!

I did fall in love with a few other individuals along the way, and they were all quite different each one from the next, but hooking up with any of them on a permanent basis would not have worked out. This is for sure.

The only thing that I've found which has permanence for me is the particular problem and reward of life itself...until it's over.

And then? Well, we'll find out when we get there... ;-) I'm optimistic.
