But I feel must make the point that all you great 'democrats' turn savage and vindictive when it is mildly pointed out to you that the British demos have overwhelmingly & time-and-again rejected any of the alternative systems to Capitalism offered by well-meaning 'progressives' such as your goodselves; and that they also, getting back to this thread, elected the woman you hated, & hate, so much, not once, not twice, but three times, with %s of the vote exceeded only [as Dick never tires of pointing out] by the egregious Attlee who let his govt be railroaded out of existence by the even more egregious Cripps [see above & passim] so that he didn't last 5 minutes once his term of office expired, & none of the alternative systems to the dreaded Cptlsm will ever come within a distant pig-poo sniff of ever winning any party an election again, once people had experienced the misery they led to.

You are all going to scream & hiss & call me a boring old fart hiding behind a pseudonym again [whoever that ignorant fool was seems to have taken his stupid self away, at least - & see below]. But you all know perfectly well that such are the facts of the case. Yet I will lay plenty of 9 to 5 that you will go on virulently & violently denouncing the constantly-expressed will of the people and still go on screaming that you represent democracy.
