Yes... the basically good do outnumber the evil- but the actual situation is that population is increasing... which means that even with a small %, the total numbers of evil (and disturbed ones) is increasing... which raises the totals of the problems and leads to more totals of evil events.
Add to this the instantaneous reporting OF the terrible.... with images... and it becomes hard to avoid a new one almost every day.

I don't know how to insulate myself from it all.... and from the stress of processing & worrying.
