Well folks, to change the subject jist a mite, I got me a new job.

Yessir, I'm now in law enforcement. Sworn in and everthing.

Got me a badge (already got a gun) that says "Official Brothel Inspector."

My job is ta check all the brothels here in Pocatello, especially the guest registers. That's in case some outlaw decides ta dally with a dolly. I kin notify the sheriff and git him arrested.

You'd be surprised how many people are named "John Smith" or "Jane Doe" here.
