Richie - voutiereenie was a typical word used by guitarist Slim Gaillard (of Slim & Slam) in his Vout-speak, his mostly nonsense-word hipster speak. The dictionary describes Vout-o-reen-ee as good performance, good music (though when I've heard him he sounds like he's choosing the meanings at random!).
