Tia Joan was our favorite Aunt when we were a bunch of snotty nosed kids. Her Husband, "Al" was my mother's brother. Tia Joan maintained a wise, wacky, outlook on life, which made our visits to the "Bazooies" an absolute joy. She certainly will rest in peace, I can just see her kicking up her heels, drinking champagne, and singing with the angels.
