It's what's officially known as Carnival Morris, but known in the morris world as Fluffy Morris. I'm not sure how widespread it is; I've always thought it was mainly a North West phenomenon, but could be wrong. It's supposed to have developed from Ladies' North West Morris. It's danced by girls with pom-poms, and is a competitive pastime
