And squid. I adore squid. (Only the squeamish call it calamari!!) Especially Greek style, rings dipped in seasoned flour and fried in olive oil. Served with retsina and a big salad. But marinated in a salad or stewed in its own ink is good, too.

As an aside, I also have the largest collection of rubber squid in the state of New Hampshire. Actually, it may be the ONLY collection of rubber squid in the state of New Hampshire. (And only three of them glow in the dark...)
