Just a footnote to this thread to say what a superb book Andy has put together. Not only are the 600+ tunes great, there's a huge amount of fascinating fact about the people, place, families, tunes and dances of the period covered. Particularly fascinating to me, who spent some time in Lancaster (1957-68) and who still has relatives and connections in the city.
