well I intend to use CS4 on a PC that has never seen the internet. No updates, no security issues, no slowing down after every OS update. I find Photshop7 richer than I can use, Premiere more than sufficient. After effect has two features I want, anti-shake and following an on-screen feature.

Acrobat reader and Quicktime seem to want updates daily - and I ask myself, how reliable are they or is it just a case of snooping on dodgy Adobe software. tick all of the above.
