The "Ozarks" is a mountain area in southeast Missouri and Arkansas in the US. She needs to get a hold of Lynn McSpadden, of McSpadden Dulcimers in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Yes, he is famous, but yes, he is a VERY nice, helpful man. He goes to more festivals than you can shake a stick at, and he lives and works in the heart of the Ozarks.
