It was still at the curb when I left this morning, but if it is still there this evening, I'll take a screwdriver down and open the back to remove the guts (the heavy CRT and the circuit boards). At which time my daughter tells me she wants the cabinet. Now that someone wants it it will probably be gone by the time I get home.
Moonglow is coming down tonight for our summer BLT and it is her dad's birthday, so she's giving him a call and inviting him over to our summer celebration. Maybe they'll enjoy taking apart a video game as part of the evening's activities. I'll have to stash it in the truck and take it up to her, there is no putting it in the garage. I can see my weekend shaping up.
