If you feel swamped by all the problems in the world, you can at least turn to the smaller issues near at hand. A neighbour or volunteer organisation may benefit from some help and you can make small changes and improvements. And speaking for myself, I also pray. I have faith that God will do something about it all. But 'getting excited' is for the young and active. I'm too old now!
