Thing is, I left Wisconsin over 40 years ago to escape hot humid summers. Alas, the weather has caught up with me (but took about 30 years to do it).

Miserably hot and humid today -- definitely interfered with the enjoyment of the day.

Right now it's time for ice cream...and then standing in a cool shower for awhile...and then finish watching "Thunderball" in front of the fan.

Sunny, hot and humid for the next three or four days (with scattered thunder showers), then it will settle down below 80°F to some more rainy weather. Between the rain and the humidity, I'm sure I've mildewed. All my basil drowned and haven't been able to do anything outside for about three weeks.
