Aha Mmario - it's the only time of the year when people voluntarily eat brussel sprouts. I'm not sure why it's traditional, but any Christmas dinners I've ever attended seem to have them. Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without the foul, overcooked, mushy little blighters.
