You sure are a wonderful friend...what would she do without you?

My new insulin has not arrived yet. I was informed on Friday (from the company where I get my insulin) that I need a phone consultation with their pharmacist first. Maybe they will call on Monday..I don't know. So for now, I'm in a holding pattern of sorts. I have a new basil insulin and the doctor had samples of that for me...sooooo...we shall see.

Today was our 21st anniversary so Jeremiah went to the sitter for the day while Pete and I had some time to ourselves...went to lunch, then to Watkins Glen, NY to a favorite artsy shop where we got a decoration made of metal and glass (Photos will be up on FB eventually), then out to dinner where the manager gave us a free appetizer and the waitress brought us a hot fudge sundae to share (after dinner) for our anniversary! Next we went to the bookstore for a few hours and then to see The Heat (FUNNY movie). Just got in not long ago....

Tomorrow is a day at home and Monday I'm off to see the genetic counselor about the BRCA 1 & 2 tests as well as the Lynch test.

My house is a mess. I suppose that's what happens when life is going on!
