I remember well the 60s... We wore a lot of hats... Anti-war... Civil & human rights...
But we also had our music and our weed...
We understood there was a time to reap and a time to sew... But that took a consciousness that respected both... There were people back then who didn't have that consciousness and were clueless as to why the folks who did didn't want to be around them... It's kinda like a band-mate who either isn't in tune or can't hold the beat...
If the music video had been "For What Its Worth" then, yeah, maybe it would have been appropriate...
But the video detracted from the discussion and added nothing at all to the discussion...
But you won't get this because I fear that you were one of the folks in the 60s who thought it was all about sex, drugs and rock & roll and missed the real important stuff...
