In this thread, not one who has shouted "Foul" has any basis for their remarks- no trial evidence is presented by them, only opinions based on their preconceived notions.

Trial transcripts are public, but because of the expense of checking them for publication, usually the only copies are available at the trial court of county archives. Perhaps a qualified person will eventually write a book on the trial, evaluating the evidence, but usually such tomes are written for the purpose of attracting readers and not the presentation of facts.

Also beware of remarks by jurors given to the press after the trial. Usually the remarks are conditioned by the interviewer, and are sieved out to make an attention-catching story.
