No-one is saying that justice for Blacks in the South isn't POSSIBLE, Q - It is. But its certainly, shall we say, a great deal less than universal.

And as for the Klan and the Klan mentality - absent the robes and rigmarol e- it is very much alive and well, if in fewer numbers than heretofore.
