One of the support staff (the printing contractor) 'went Chongo' in the library yesterday. The guy is frankly disturbed and I think they ought to have called an ambulance for a ride to the psyhc ward, not call campus police to give him a ticket for some kind of mischief. I suspect he wears the headphones all of the time to try to mute the voices in his head. . . back to the regular odd voices. . .
