I finally got off my fat posterior and posted my first ad on Craig's List -- small acoustic Domeli guitar that needs a nut and bridge pin -- but it DOES have a case.

One more thing checked off the list -- the nice young man came this morning to clean and do seasonal maintenance on the furnace. And, most importantly, showed me where they hid the filter and how to take it out and clean it a couple times during the season.

Hope to get some more stuff done today -- I not only have energy, but the weather is GLORIOUS.
