Call them up, complain, say you are thinking of switching to another provider who will offer you a much better deal. They will offer you a much better deal. You accept it...after making them sweat a bit. ;-) (There are other providers who can give you that better deal...depending on your location to some extent. I have friends who've recently dumped either Rogers or Bell for lesser known companies who charge them way less.)(Be advised, however, that if you do drop either Rogers or Bell, they will call you up repeatedly and try to persuade you to rejoin them by offering you various cheaper deals.)

I'm thinking of doing this myself...have not done so thus far due to sheer inertia, and the fear of change. ;-)
