Canning season has arrived and despite my high hopes of having my kitchen all ultra organized with completely clear counters for all my jars and processing equipment, it didn't happen. As a result, I have less space that fills up even faster. We took a pressure canning class this spring and are putting our knowledge to good use!!! I don't mind the work, I find it satisfying but I DO mind the mess and clutter it leaves in my kitchen!!!!   Since this is just the start, I suppose I'd better get used to it!!!!
