Of course the athletes who gave the black power salute had to pay a pretty high price, to what should be the lasting shame of the Olympic and US authorities (though I've never heard there has been kind of adequate apology for that, and of course those responsible for that treatment have of course never been penalised).

But I can't see how anything like that could be done in face of athletes with rainbow colours. Though I would imagine it would be tricky for those from some countries.
