There was a hilarious Two-and-a-Half Men episode where young Jake asks his dad and uncle some really logical questions, such as the following paraphrased thoughts:

"Do ya get a Last Poop? Cuz if you are still sitting, technically yer still poopin'.... so the execution would have to stop.... Cuz if they made ya hold it, that'd be cruel and unusual punishment!"

Another:

"What does a cannibal [insert any ethnic group]-man get to pick? Say the last guy executed was also a [same ethnic group]. Wouldn't that just be [ethnic] food?"
