The epidemic is in our respective countries confined to MSM, no other demographic is affected at epidemic rates.
Infection rates in all other groups are falling or static, even injecting drug users. It would not matter whether the worst affected group was MSM or not, the point is that the epidemic is not being addressed seriously, due to a politically correct agenda.
