I really AM alive. I have managed to get to Plimoth, Mass. and tomorrow will be in New Bedford. Then I will be in Providence, RI and will fly back to my little ol' sod shanty in the mountains.

As for BDiBR, Sham would be better off if he were shanghai'ed onto a fishing boat for a long, long sea voyage as bait for crab traps. Or as a deckhand on the tramp freighter. A couple of years of good honest work, coupled with beatings by the others of the crew, various ne'er do wells in places like Tonga and Sydney, and a few keelhaulings would make a man out of him.
