Chongo says that humans are a defective breed of primate that split off the main line of the noble Great Apes hundreds of thousands of years ago and spiralled down into a sort of devolutionary pattern until we ended up with "Homo Sapiens", a creature which now threatens to infest and compromise the entire planet. He favors culling the less desirable examples of HomSap to improve the breed to a point where they'll cause a lot less trouble.
