If it wasn't Kurt Russell, I think it was someone who looked like him. I'd love to know the rest of the song; that one verse keeps popping out of my head when I least expect it for the past almost 40 years and I'd love to acquire a recording or at least the rest of the words. Got to find and dust off my copy of the book "The Travels of Jaimie McPheeters" and see if it was a tv tie-in. The coupla good lines I remember from the book are, "Absence of heartbeat, small round blue hole in forehead. Diagnosis: dead (of gunshot wound).
