Does anyone know of any people from the folk revival or source singers/musicians who have every been comemorated via the English Heritage Blue Plaque scheme?

For those outside of the UK blue plaques can be found on the sides of buildings where notable people in their field have lived or worked.

From my understanding, the criteria for this are:

(1) The date must be at least 100 years after the birth or 20 years after the death of the person.
(2) The building must still be there.

Also, who should be candidates and at which address, not just UK where the scheme exists, but in other countries if there was an equivalent scheme.
