Hang in there. I started like Banjer at the age of 14 but didn't give up till I was 53. One day I just decided I needed a new computer and the only way I could afford it was to kick the habit.
My doctor asked how I did it so I told him the truth SMARTIES he didn't believe me till the lady in the village shop told him it was true but she also told him how I kicked the Smartie habit. I used to empty the tube on the shop counter and take out one colour and throw them away. I got rid of a colour a month the the Smartie habit was licked as well.
I really am willing this for you Nutty as I know how much better I feel and how my family also appreciate it.
