I gave up, using patches,even tho' I was going through a very stressy time, I lasted 8 months and when the apparent stress ended, I started again. Dumb and dumber,dumb to have started and dumber to have started again once I had quit.I can't stand the smell of it, I have asthma and a pain in my chest, and still I smoke. I've got a pack of patches in my bag (for 6 months)and have written down the name welbutrin, I don't want to smoke but it gives me a break.

Maybe I'm trying to commit suicide but don't have the guts and want "something" to take the decision for me?
