I have to admit to getting help in the form of Zyban but as I am diabetic , the grapes, lollipops, even the sugar free products ( as i'm allergic to sacharine ) are out of bounds - except as very occasional treats

Day1 has ended - it's been pretty hard ..... my dogs would tell you just how hard...........but I got through and will face Day2 as it comes
