It's about the hardest thing I ever did. It took many, many tries. It's been over five years now, and still I know if I smoke even one, all the hard work would be for naught.

Like so many other things, if you haven't experienced the addiction, you can't understand how stupid it makes you.

But having just begun to experience my body as healthy and strong after wasting the body I was blessed with, I can tell you that it's worth it in the end. You will heal, and in ways you didn't even know needed to!
