Excellent Horizon special on The BBC last night about it.

Most days, I drive East through flat big sky North Lincolnshire early in a morning, in the dark at this time of year. I look forward to be driving with it in view in my windscreen during the period if it survives the corona intact.

One question it may give light to is whether the impact of a comet on a planet could, through the heat and pressure, be the catalyst that triggers reactions in amino acids. I recall a thread on another subject recently where someone reckoned we do not know how those reactions led to life. Some of the research, led by the university of Kent await data from observations to feed their encouraging experiments. We may get the answer, and that opens a huge debate......

Not to mention whether comets could be the source of our water. To date, the jury is out.
